PLEASE HELP!!!! Trojan/Spyware/Infection Problems!

 :'( Can someone please find it in his/her heart to help me with these infection probs? I am already familiar with almost every program used in relation to these issues and where they can be found, I just need someone kind enough to guide me as to the order in which I should execute them and the associated scans and to advise me regarding the log files I post thereafter. I ran a PC Tools Spyware Doctor Intelli-Scan when I just re-booted b4 writing this message & it found 10 infections! Thank goodness, it found the one I was specifically looking for, finally! I just removed something called "Virus Blast" that mucks up the operation of IE. I am not an IE fan, myself, but it is a necessary evil, at times and is considered a necessity by my family member's for whom I am working on this system. After Spyware Dr. fixed the infections it found w/the intelli-scan, IE began working again immediately! I think there is still a trojan on here, tho.

I will now run a full scan and another HJT and post the logs to give whatever angel decides to help me out an updated view of what's up with this system. I am open to any and all suggestions and all assistance will be greatly appreciated as I have already spent way to much time on this crazy machine! Thanx in advance!

The Full Scan is not even close to being done yet and I want to post this, but it has identified 5 infections so far: 1 Ad, 3 Cookies, 1 Trojan. Please let me know what I should do next and next and next in this seemingly never ending process of system sanitization!

    * Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    * When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.
