(excuse my english, im swedish):
I tried to download counterspy.exe but I couldn't install it.A popupwindow told me,

The service "Windows installer" can't be used. Maybe because Windows installer wasn't properly installed or you run in falseproof state.
I don't run in falseproof state!(felsäkert läge på svenska)

Please read all these instructions very carefully before starting the fix

Step 1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix or SDfix and make sure you are disconnected from the net before starting any of these programs

  • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or SDfix  and remove some of their embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
  • Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
  • Remember to re enable the protection again afterwards before connecting to the net
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.cmd to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
  • Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum

then when it has rebooted

Delete any existing version of ComboFix you have sitting on your desktop

Download ComboFix from  Here to your Desktop.

**Note:  In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Close any open browsers and make sure you are disconnected from the net. Unplug the cable if need be before running combofix.
  • WARNING: IF you have not already done so Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet when it starts
  • Please do not re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
  • If there is no internet connection when Combofix has completely finished then restart your computer to restore back the connection.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review

****Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall or freeze ****

Hello, it was not easy to follow the instructions cause ComboFix had many popups with "could'nt read etc....". Maybe you can see it in the log:
And the restarts was very slow to.
Her's the COmboFix log:

When I try to do a system recovery there's a popup which tells me that I don't have authority to do a system recovery. The popup tells me to log off and log in as an admin.....BUT I have already logged in as an admin... I'ts crazy!

I couldn't press select press "scan" cause it wasn't highlighted.
I gave up yesterday and are in the middle of the endless work of formatting. I found an old HD with 8 Gig which I manage to put XP on.Just because I will try to rescue my files from my originally two 160 Gig satadiscs.
But Fasttrak(bios-stuff) can't find one of them. Is there som kind of fuse inside the HD that I can change?
because:
-I pulled and pushed a lot whith the powercables and a saw i sparke one time ( excuse my english). Can i recover data from  this disc? I think it's ded electrically because it won't get warm. Is there a fuse somewhere?
Its Western digital 160 Gig SATA (150Mb/s)

You need to speak to the manufacturer about that one

I don't know of any fuses
