don't worry about these files and warnings:

C:\hiberfil.sys
      [WARNING]   The file could not be opened!
C:\pagefile.sys
      [WARNING]   The file could not be opened!

HIBERFIL.SYS is a file the system is creating when the computer goes into hibernation mode. Windows uses the file when it is turned back on. PAGEFILE.SYS is the virtual memory file. Both files are generated and used by Windows. Leave them alone.

How is your machine working now?
