Need Help Choosing PC

My current PC has died, and have decided it's time to buy a new one. Below are the best desktop packages i could find, my budget is approx £700. Should i wait for the relase of DX11 cards and Windows 7?

all look good but it depends what you are using it for

Most places will offer a free or reduced cost upgrade to Windows 7 when it is released in October but if you can wait, I would wait till October and W7 comes preinstalled to prevent any upgrade problems

64bit versions of Vista or W7 are definitely the way forward but at this time there is little software that uses the capabilities to its full extent, however 64bit is more future proof than 32 bit but beware that some older software will not work on it properly
