hotmail got hacked - twice in one weekend

we have had it decrypted and it conatains what looks like MSN conversations and a complete list of email addresses you have sent to and web sites looked at

in view of the severiity of it & you using cracked software, I don't feel safe saying we have fixed it

it would be much safer for you to format & reinstall windows & if you have used the computer for online banking or kept any credit card numbers or paypal info etc on it then contact them & tell them taht you had  a keylogger & get teh log ins & passwords changed

Also that applies to facebook, it looks like he has your facebook account details as well

Well after being on the comp last night and things were right weird i did just that - redid the comp formated and started from scratch.
I really appreciate the time you spent doing this - when im back online and have everything set up ill surely send a donation your way
just wondering - can u suggest a good virus program and suggest what i can do to prevent this from happening again? login password into windows ? I have different passwords for different sites now

I always use Kaspersky internet security & I handle lots of different malware safely. On the odd occasion I have slipped up, KIS has stopped it installing & protected me

it is almost certain that you downloaded the trojan in what appeared to eb an innocent program or you got attacked through a dodgy facebook application ( read here http://hijack-this.co.uk/?p=154)

Log in passwords to windows won't stop this sort of thing but will stop a physical person using the computer

A hacker wil piggyback on your log in& only have access when you are online
