virus attacked my computer. What to do?

My computer was hit by the nuqel.E virus a couple days ago.  It wouldn't let me get into anything and just kept coming up with an Antivirus Soft message and ad for me to purchase the software.  I went into safe mode and restored to a previous date which allowed me to load up malwarebytes and even load up the AVG antivirus.  I ran these two and found some items that were then cleared off.  I don't think I'm in the clear and need to know if there is more I can do.  I ran the DDS scan and will attach those two files, but when I tried to run the GMER scan my computer just shuts down and reboots, nothing else happens.  What can I do?  Thanks.
