help! keyboard malfunctioning.. muting.. is this a virus?

my keyboard's messed up.. eveytime i press F5 for refresh, the search window pops out..
and the keys qweruiop ar not working(i am using the screen keyboard right now) and sometimes the volume is muting and i dont know why.. is this a virus or something?

I have edited your post to remove the swearing.

that is more likely to be a  faulty keyboard

change keyboard & see if it cures it. Can you borrow one from a friend to test it

once we rule out the keyboard & if the problem still exists we can start looking deeper
